Little Footsteps Nursery in Derham approached us looking for advice on what they could do with their shingle car park which was in disrepair and prone to flooding. After some discussion and ideas around a project that would best suit their requirements, a quotation was accepted. A full excavation was underway, ripping through the old Tar surface which was causing water to pool on the surface. We installed appropriate land drainage and a new subbase throughout. Finished with a combination of Crushed 20mm Shingle and multiple disabled spec Asphalt parking bays, demarcated with a decorative brindle block edging, aswell as an asphalt entrance splay and speed bump.
